We bought a beach home just blocks from the beach with a long history and lots of potential ( i.e. lots of WORK!! ha) It is an 80% DIY project (you can thank a limited budget for that ;-) ) and most of what we learned was from hours of research scouring the internet and finding tons of information from other DIYers.
We want to give back some of what we learned and maybe help someone along their journey (and maybe share some tears and laughs at the crazy project that is HOUSE RENOVATION!!
